Really enjoyed listening to this podcast from @leaningshane and Dr. Ciara O’Donnell @ciaraconsult all about Teacher CPD. Really interesting perspective on secondment and the limit of 5 years in Ireland. I agree with Ciara on it though I understand the reasons why.
