🚨 BREAKING: Alive-O to Return to Primary Schools
The Irish Catholic Bishops’ Conference has announced that the Alive-O programme will be reintroduced to primary schools nationwide from September 2026.

The decision comes following concerns that its successor, Grow in Love, “hasn’t quite captured the imagination of pupils in the same way.”

A spokesperson confirmed:
“After careful review, we believe it’s time to return to a programme that truly resonated with children… and staff.”

He continued: “as the popular song goes: ‘Together again, together again, we’re back together again.'”

The Bishop’s Conference welcomed that the School Book Grant has not been reduced, which will allow schools to purchase the series, which will be available in the coming weeks.
