With all the bad news going on around the world, instead of listening to the radio in the morning, my son and I listen to a full album for a week. Only rule is that we have to listen to it in its entirety.

This week was Yo La Tengo’s “I can hear the heart beating as one”

All the songs were extremely boring and instead of singing they basically were mumbling (2/10)

Unlike Emrys, I thought this was a really good album. It took a little while to get into it but once I did, I understood why so many people love them. (8/10)
