For years we’ve added more and more work to teaching. Now AI is forcing a different question.

Not “Can AI help?” but:
What work simply isn’t worth doing manually any more?

Should teachers still:

▶️ Plan every lesson from a blank page?
▶️ Differentiate worksheets manually?
▶️ Draft parent emails?
▶️ Analyse assessment data?
▶️ Write policies and administrative documents?

Or are these exactly the kinds of tasks AI should handle, freeing teachers to spend more time teaching and building relationships?
